The factory is equipped with automated lathes capable of complex machining, all 100 of which are of the Tsugami and Star brands from Japan, to better meet our customers' requirements for part quality and precision. We strictly follow the drawings provided by our customers and employ experienced technicians to set up programs to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the parts we produce.

Not only do we have specialized staff to inspect all parts every two hours during the production process, but we also have a dedicated quality control department to inspect parts after the machining stage is complete. The quality control department conducts a rigorous visual and dimensional inspection of each part prior to shipment to ensure that all parts received by our customers are of the required quality.
