01

Customer's Demand

Since we provide OEM services, which means we will machine parts according to the customer's needs, we need customers to provide detailed information and requirements.

02

Detailed requirements

1. Basic information of the customer's company
2. Drawings of the parts to be processed, including detailed dimensions of the parts, tolerance requirements, raw material, etc. Our company could provide one-stop processing services, if the parts have hardness or plating and other needs, also need to be specified in the drawings.
3. Quantity demand of the parts for the current order
4. Delivery time and address of the order

03

Evaluation

Our company will make an assessment based on the information and needs provided by the client, which mainly includes the following two points:
1. Evaluate whether the part is suitable for our equipment to process according to the drawing
2. Evaluate whether we can accept the order according to the quantity of parts and lead time required for the order

04

Quotation

We will provide quotation based on the drawing, quantity, and other requirements.

05

Purchase Order Signed

When the customer and our company reach an agreement on the machining technology, quotation, delivery time and other related matters of the order, both parties need to sign and stamp the contract or purchase order.

06

Sample Confirmation

Our procurement team will begin sourcing the raw materials and other tooling needed for sample production. The production department will then be responsible for producing the sample parts using our precision lathes. Once the production phase is complete, the sample parts will be thoroughly inspected by our quality control department to ensure that these samples meet the standards set by the customer. After this step, the samples will be delivered to the customer for sample confirmation.

07

Mass Production

Once the sample parts are confirmed, we will start the mass production phase and ensure that the order can be completed before the delivery date.

08

Products Delivery

When the mass production is completed, the required number of parts for this order will be delivered to the delivery address indicated on the contract or purchase order.

Material & ToolProcurement

The procurement of raw material and tools used for cutting or drilling is a multifaceted process that requires careful attention to quality and cost control. By building strong supplier relationships, enforcing stringent quality standards and leveraging technology, we can optimize sourcing strategies and ultimately improve the overall efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations.
  • Raw Material Sourcing

Sourcing raw materials requires careful consideration of factors such as the quality, cost and reliability of the material supplied by the supplier. Quality control is critical, for example, the properties of the metal directly affect the performance and durability of the final product. As a result, our company sets stringent quality standards and thoroughly evaluates suppliers to ensure that the raw materials procured meet the required specifications.

  • Tool Sourcing

Similarly, sourcing cutting or drilling tools requires attention to detail. The efficiency and precision of these tools have a direct impact on the production process and the quality of the final product. When sourcing such tools, we prioritize factors such as durability, accuracy and cost-effectiveness. In addition, we establish long-term relationships with reliable tool suppliers, which help streamline the procurement process and ensure consistent quality.

  • Cost Control

Cost control is an important aspect that should not be overlooked in the field of raw material and tool procurement. We strike a balance between the quality of materials and tools and the associated costs. This includes conducting thorough market research, negotiating favorable terms with suppliers, and exploring cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Machining Process Optimization

Optimizing the precision parts machining process during the production and quality control phases is critical to achieving operational excellence. By adopting advanced production planning and scheduling systems, introducing specialized production technology and equipment, and implementing advanced quality control methods, we can increase productivity, reduce scrap rates, minimize energy consumption, and ultimately increase competitiveness and customer satisfaction.

In order to optimize the precision parts machining process during the production phase, advanced production planning and scheduling systems must be employed. The formulation of comprehensive and detailed production plans and the use of appropriate scheduling systems can not only help us streamline operations through the effective allocation of production resources and management of orders, but also minimize downtime and shorten the delivery time, in order to improve overall production efficiency.

In addition, the introduction of advanced production technologies and equipment plays a critical role in improving precision parts machining technology. SHOUCI's introduction of precision automatic CNC machines imported from Japan can significantly improve the accuracy, speed and repeatability of machining operations. These advanced equipments and technologies not only help to reduce the scrap rate but also save a lot of energy by optimizing the use of resources.

During the quality control phase, the use of advanced inspection and measurement technologies is important to ensuring the precision and accuracy of machined parts. Utilizing advanced inspection equipment such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and optical inspection systems, we are able to fully inspect and verify the dimensional accuracy and appearance of precision parts. Quality control at SHOUCI is very stringent and we must ensure that every part delivered to our customers is up to standard.

Employee Training

Through training, employees at SHOUCI are equipped with the skills they need to perform their duties effectively, which not only helps them become more familiar and comfortable with their jobs, but also helps the company to improve operational efficiency, as well as product quality and consistency, thus increasing customer satisfaction and retention. In addition, a well-trained workforce is better able to adapt to technological advances and industry changes, ensuring that our company remains competitive.

  • In the production department, employees are trained to operate and maintain processing equipment, understand technical drawings, and comply with quality standards.
  • Employees in the quality control department are trained in inspection techniques, quality assurance processes, and the use of measuring tools.
  • Purchasing staff need training in supplier management, negotiation skills, and understanding industry regulations.
  • Similarly, supply chain departments need training in inventory management, logistics and supply chain optimization.
  • Sales and other functions also need training in customer relationship management, product knowledge and effective communication.
